For travel coordinators, team administrators and finance teams. Start with a real trip, check the devices and agree purchasing rules before extending the process across your company.
When a business eSIM process makes sense
The work often sits between booking a trip and the first day at a customer’s site: compare roaming terms, arrange mobile data, assign it to the right traveller and find the paperwork afterwards. The company portal gives those tasks a common home. An administrator can buy for employees, or an authorised employee can purchase within their own limit.
An additional eSIM is not necessary for every journey. If the existing company plan covers the destination and provides enough data, use that information in your decision. A separate package is useful when a trip falls outside your current allowance, you want a defined purchase cost or you need to separate company connectivity from an employee’s personal SIM.
Business trips
Maps, messages, email and the journey to a meeting, without first finding a local SIM shop.
Customer-site work
Mobile data for technicians and consultants, with company application access checked beforehand.
Trade shows and conferences
Packages assigned to actual attendees, with a shared preparation process for the group.
One process from a request to a record
Before purchasing, choose the destination or region, validity and data allowance. The portal shows the price and available payment source. Business purchases belong to the organisation’s expense records; personal purchases remain separate. That distinction matters when one phone is used for both company trips and holidays.
Once an order is fulfilled, the traveller finds their eSIM in their own account. They install it on a compatible phone and select the data line according to the package instructions. The company can review purchases, filter expenses by person and date, and download available documents. Fulfilment status and usage figures may take time to update.

How company onboarding works
Send an enquiry with your company name, travel destinations and approximate team size. We will discuss the organisation setup, billing details and payment arrangements. Creating a personal account does not automatically activate a company account or provide credit.
For prepaid companies, funds are added using agreed instructions, such as a bank transfer. Deferred payment, discounts and other individual terms require confirmation. You do not need to invent a long-term volume forecast: start by describing your next planned trip and how you would like to arrange the purchases.
What to check before the first purchase
The exact device variant must support eSIM, allow another network’s service and have capacity for an additional profile. For managed company phones, IT should also check installation restrictions and access to the applications employees need.
This offer primarily concerns mobile data. Do not assume a package includes a telephone number, standard calls or SMS; read the selected product’s description. Coverage, available network technology, hotspot support and the start of validity depend on the package, network and device.
- Keeping the company phone number does not make its roaming calls or messages free.
- A regional package must include every country you need; the region’s name alone is not enough.
- A longer trip may require another package. We do not promise a universal top-up for every eSIM.
- If plans change, check cancellation eligibility before installation. A refund is not available automatically for every service.
Start with a specific journey
Prepare the number of travellers, countries, length of stay and type of work. Explain whether they will use phones only or laptops through a hotspot. Those details are more useful than a general request for unlimited data for the whole company.
ROAMLINX SIA operates roamlinx.pl and its company portal. You can contact the team at hello@roamlinx.pl. We do not advertise round-the-clock support or guaranteed coverage everywhere; requirements that matter to your organisation should be agreed before purchasing.
Questions before you decide
Does an employee have to use a personal payment card?
For a business purchase, an active authorised member uses the organisation’s agreed payment arrangement, subject to available limits. Personal purchases remain separate.
Does the portal replace our company mobile contract?
No. It helps your team buy and account for eSIM packages. Your existing number, voice calls, SMS and mobile operator contract are separate services.
Is there one price list for every company?
The selected package, currency and approved company terms determine the price. Review the current amount before purchasing. Discounts and deferred payments require agreement.
Can we use this account to resell eSIMs to our customers?
The portal described here is for your own team. If you need resale, an API or a partnership arrangement, explain that in your enquiry rather than assuming it is part of a standard company account.
